Research is present to fill the gap empirical studies related how can the judge actualize nilai-nilai justice through the ex officio living out in the post.In addition, this study also answer the needs to encourage practices religious court bawean hak-hak more sensitive to women, as mandated by the constitution, undang-undang religious court, and a compilation of islamic law.By analyzing its decisions no.70 / pdt.g / / pa.bwn 2024, researchers hope to be able to contribute to the development of family law islam and promote consistency in the application of the ex officio as a religious court based justice substantive legal protection and gender equity
