Analisis Praktik Pembiyaan Ijarah Multi Jasa Di KSPPS Bina Syariah Ummah

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at KSPPS Bina Syariah Ummah Bawean Branch with the reason to know the mikanism and any problems that exist in the multi-service contract. Multi-service Ijarah is one of the financing products available at the Bawean Branch of Bina Syariah Ummah KSPPS for customers in obtaining benefits from a service. The purpose of this study is to determine the multi-service prosperity financing in the Bina Syariah Ummah Cooperative with questions. How is the mikanism of applying for a loan at the Bawean Branch of Bina Syariah Ummah Cooperative, and how to handle it if there is a bottleneck in the financing. This research uses descriptive qualitative, using primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used by us in this study is direct and indirect observation, both in terms of employee interviews at the Bina Syariah Ummah Bawean KSPPS, as well as documentation and online data search related to research conducted in the cooperative. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the mikanism of multi-service al Ijarah financing at the Bawean Branch of Bina Syariah Ummah KSPPS starts from the prospective members completing the application requirements for multi-service financing. After all the requirements are completed, the loan application will be typed by the cooperative teller in the form of a file submitted to the center via email. Then the completeness of the requirements will be documented at the place where the loan is submitted.
