Identifikasi Risiko Strategis Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

This research aims to identify strategic risks that can hinder improving the quality of education in schools. With a qualitative approach, this research collects data through literature study, semi-structured interviews, and direct observation. The research results show that the identified strategic risks include limited use of educational technology, cases of student bullying, lack of educational facilities, and unequal student achievement. To overcome this challenge, schools implement various strategies, such as intensive training for teachers, anti-bullying campaigns, improving facilities, and innovation in learning approaches. This strategy is supported by regular evaluations and active participation from all stakeholders in the school. With consistent implementation, it is hoped that this effort will be able to improve the quality of education in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
