In intracampus organizations, conflict management refers to the ability to handle any conflict according to management functions and principles. If an organization is able to develop and implement conflict strategies well, then the organization is successful in dealing with conflict. Conflicts that occur in organizations are divided into two categories: functional and dysfunctional conflicts. The research topic in this journal examines conflict management in intra-campus organizations at Stai Hasan Jufri Bawean. This study uses qualitative methods and collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data display and conclusion verification. Checking data using persistence of observation and triangulation. The results of this study can be concluded that the Internal Conditions in the Intra-Campus Organization at Staiha are experiencing several conflicts that can interfere with the activities of the board and also hinder the work program that has been planned since the beginning of the management. Types of Conflict in Intra-Campus Organizations at Staiha are divided into 2, namely: a) Functional Conflict and b) Dysfunctional conflict. The Impact of Conflict on Intra-Campus Organizations at Staiha is divided into two parts, namely: a) Positive impacts and b) Negative impacts.
