Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran human capital dalam pengembangan manajemen pendidikan di MA Nurul Islam Tengaran serta bagaimana modal manusia berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu tata kelola lembaga. Human capital yang mencakup pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensi profesional guru maupun tenaga kependidikan dipandang sebagai elemen strategis dalam mendukung efektivitas fungsi manajerial dan pedagogis, khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan human capital yang optimal berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan budaya sekolah yang kolaboratif, peningkatan kinerja guru melalui program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan partisipasi warga sekolah dalam proses perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa strategi manajemen pendidikan yang terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan sangat diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi human capital, sehingga MA Nurul Islam Tengaran mampu meningkatkan daya saing, beradaptasi terhadap perubahan sosial, serta mempertahankan identitasnya sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan.
