Implementasi Kepemimpinan Transformational Pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam

Transformational leadership has become an important approach in improving the quality of educational institutions in various contexts. This article discusses the implementation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to explore transformational leadership strategies and practices that can be implemented in Islamic educational institutions, as well as their impact on the performance of staff and students. Literature study was conducted to understand the concept of transformational leadership and its relevance in the context of Islamic educational institutions. Several strategies for implementing transformational leadership, such as developing a strong vision, improving teaching quality, empowering staff, building strong relationships, and inspiring and guiding students, are studied in depth. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions has significant benefits. By adopting this approach, Islamic education institutions can improve student motivation, teaching quality, student participation, and the formation of strong character. In addition, transformational leaders can also build harmonious relationships between educational institutions, students, parents and the community. This article provides important insights for practitioners, leaders and decision makers in Islamic educational institutions in implementing transformational leadership strategies. In the context of Islamic education, transformational leadership can be a strong foundation in forming a generation of Muslims with integrity, noble character and high competitiveness.
