Abstract

Digital transformation in Islamic education has become a strategic necessity in the era of technological disruption and information globalization. This article aims to formulate a model of Islamic education management that integrates Islamic values with an adaptive and ethical digital approach. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive method through literature review, enriched with limited empirical data from a case study at Al Azhaar Islamic Education Institution, Masjid Baitul Khoir, Tulungagung. The findings reveal that a digital Islamic management model can be constructed through five key components: (1) data-driven planning, (2) adaptive technology implementation, (3) big data-based evaluation, (4) transformational-spiritual leadership, and (5) Islamic digital organizational culture. This model not only enhances efficiency and accountability in institutional governance but also strengthens spirituality and student character. Its implication suggests that fostering digital adab culture and value-based technological literacy is essential for the successful implementation of this model in contemporary Islamic education.
