Abstract

Digital culture can drive significant changes in different sectors including education. Digital culture can have an important influence in increasing the competitiveness of education by understanding strategies in digital learning by teachers and students in improving the quality of education and learning that has been determined in the curriculum can be seen from the performance of teachers, staff and student achievement in SMA Negeri 1 lhokseumawe. This research uses qualitative methods In collecting data, you can use documents and interviews with the parties concerned about understanding digital culture in improving the competitiveness and quality of schools based on digital culture. Digital skills development can be the main competitiveness, teachers are expected to gain competence in technology and take advantage of the training opportunities provided and professional development in increasing their understanding of the digitalization of learning. Increasing the competitiveness of schools based on digitalization culture is an effort to prepare students who are increasingly digitally connected, technology becomes a tool to expand access and quality of learning in developing relevant skills.
