Integrasi Kompetensi Profesional dan Moral dalam Proses Seleksi Tenaga Kerja Pendidikan Islaman Islam

This study aims to analyze the integration between professional and moral competencies in the employee selection process within Islamic educational institutions. The research was motivated by the fact that many Islamic schools still emphasize administrative and academic qualifications while neglecting moral and spiritual aspects. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method was employed in two Islamic. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results revealed that integrating professional and moral competencies in the selection process significantly enhances human resource quality, employee loyalty, and Islamic work culture. Professional aspects were assessed through written tests and field interviews, while moral aspects were evaluated through behavioral observation, value-based interviews, and community recommendations. This integration produces educators who are not only professionally competent but also morally upright and spiritually committed. The study concludes that implementing Islamic Human Resource Management (IHRM) offers a strategic model for developing Islamic educational institutions that are ethical, competitive, and sustainable.
