Abstract

The Internal and External Quality Assurance System is a inevitability for elementary, secondary and also higher education Tall. Determination of quality assurance for all universities through the Quality Assurance System Higher Education (SPM Dikti) has been announced for a long time government. Based on Law No. 12 of 2012 about Higher Education. In line with this in schools as well SPM has been stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 of 2016 concerning Quality Assurance of Primary and Secondary Education in Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 paragraph 4. SPM makes a organization to become a quality culture, in addition to that it will improve also the image of the institution, especially in the world of education, which must meet the needs of users. However, in Indonesia, SPM Sometimes it is only carried out incidentally, meaning it is carried out and prepared for accreditation (SPME) of the Quality Assurance System External. So that the quality results described are sometimes not according to the truth. So it is appropriate for the Agency education in Indonesia needs to cultivate quality in his daily and routine. So we need to study how recommendations for good SPM implementation for Agencies Education in Indonesia.
