Classroom teacher strategies in improving students’ social intelligence focus on teachers’ approaches to develop students' ability to interact, communicate, and cooperate with people. This strategy aims to strengthen empathy, cooperation, communication skills, and the ability to understand other people’s perspectives. This research uses qualitative methods, purposive sampling, observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Milles and Huberman method to determine the validity of the source triangulation data. The research results show that classroom teacher strategies to improve students' social intelligence can be implemented in many ways. However, what is often done daily at MINU Asyiqiyah Teluk Jati is teaching the habit of 5S smiles, greetings, greetings, politeness, and manners. In addition, teachers teach students how to respect others and help each other. Not only that, the classroom teacher must also be able to build a conducive and comfortable classroom atmosphere so that students can interact and discuss well. The obstacles faced are the lack of media, facilities, and infrastructure, which can interfere with students' focus on learning. Also, the obstacle is the students themselves, who are challenging to manage because they want to play, so there is a conflict in their chests. As for the solution, the principal provides training to teachers at MINU Asyiqiyah Teluk Jati, whether training or independent training from a workgroup or sub-district level. The best way to face students is by being patient and gentle.
